You can reach South Tyrol, the sunny side of the Alps, over different Alpine passes.
Our neighbours from Switzerland reach the Vinschgau valley over the Ofen Pass or the Arlberg Pass in winter, our neighbours from the north reach the Vinschgau Valley over the Resia Pass or the Brenner Pass.
You can also take the Brennero motorway (A22) until the Bolzano Sud exit and then continue on the MEBO expressway to Merano and afterwards on the national road through the Vinschgau Valley.
We suggest you to use the route planner to calculate the fastest route to your holiday destination.
